Personal data protectionThe protection of your personal data is important to AACTechnology and would like to inform you (thesubscribers, potential customers and web-browsers visiting our websites) of your rights regardingpersonal data and of the conditions under which your personal data is collected, used, stored andarchived by AACTechnology.As part of its business operations, AACTechnology processes your personal data (hereinafter referredto as ‘processing’). These files log visitors when theyvisit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The informationcollected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider(ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linkedto any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzingtrends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographicinformation.Cookies and Web BeaconsLike any other website, AACTechnology uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store informationincluding visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. your consent where it is required (particularly in terms of commercial development);•a contract that you have signed with AACTechnology (for example, a subscription to one of ourmusic streaming services);•or when it is justified by legitimate interests1.For how long does AACTECHNOLOGY store your personal data?Personal data is stored for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are collected.•For subscribers to AACTECHNOLOGY products and services, personal data is stored for thelength of the contract, in addition to periods of applicable legal requirements;•For potential customers, personal data is stored for 3 years after the last time of contact;•For web-browsers, personal data that is collected through cookies is stored for a maximum of 13months from the time it is collected1.Who can access your personal data?Any collected personal, as well as personal data which is later obtained by AACTechnology, is usedonly by AACTechnology. As such, only authorised personnel have access to this data.The internal recipients of your data are:•AACTechnology marketing department;•AACTechnology data analysts;•AACTechnology customer servicesThe external recipients of your data are:•AACTechnology’s subcontractors (technical service providers in charge of data hosting or ITdevelopments, payment service providers, etc.);•Partners and third parties with whom you have authorized data sharingAACTechnology is not responsible for the processing of your personal data that you have authorisedfrom third parties and that is not shared with AACTechnology, such as, for example, social networks. Any requests mustinclude your full name and address and must be emailed toinfo@aactechnology.eu1.How does AACTechnology analyse your data?AACTechnology analyses data related to the subscriber’s use of the service in order to tailor the serviceto the subscriber (modification of the layout or appearance of the pages on which he or she navigates).1.Is your data transmitted outside of the European Union?The data that AACTechnology collects about you is potentially transmitted outside of the EuropeanUnion.
